At Eastern Plains Medical Clinic, we aim to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare to the community. To help us accomplish this goal and make your visit as seamless as possible, we accept most insurances and bill your provider for you. Currently, we take the following insurances.

Insurance FAQ

To help you better understand your medical insurance and financial obligations, we’ve answered some of the most common questions we receive regarding insurance policies. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have a question that this FAQ doesn’t answer.

Yes, when we see you, we will both Medicare and your secondary insurance provider.

Suppose you have questions about how much a specific service will cost with your insurance policy. In that case, we’re happy to look up your plan for you and break down both your insurance’s financial responsibility and your financial responsibility.

If your insurance denies a claim for whatever reason, you are responsible for paying in full upon notice of the denied claim.

Yes, co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are due at the time of services.

In that case, you are considered a cash patient and will be solely responsible for paying for services. Our office accepts cash, personal checks, and debit and credit cards.

Any balances not paid within 30 days are considered overdue. Therefore, we may turn over your account to a collection agency at this time.

If you change your insurance policy, please notify our office. We’ll update your information and bill your new insurance for any services rendered while the policy is active.
